Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Outlinr, the website at https://outlinr.pro, and the related application, authentication, billing, and draft generation features provided by Zaymoriel Vandrell, operating as Outlinr.

By visiting the site, creating an account, starting a paid plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and at least 13 years old to use the service. You must use a valid Google account for the current sign-in flow and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Outlinr helps users turn one idea into platform-ready social drafts for services such as X, Threads, Bluesky, LinkedIn, and Facebook. The service may include a free plan, paid plan, account management, billing features, and AI-assisted generation.

The service uses third-party AI systems to generate drafts from the information you submit. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, or similar to content generated for other users.

You may use generated output, including for commercial use, but you remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and lawfully using any output before publication or distribution.

You agree not to misuse the service.

• Do not break the law or violate third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication or plan limits.
• Do not create spam, malware, fraud, or harmful content.
• Do not reverse engineer, probe, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Do not submit sensitive personal data, regulated data, trade secrets, or content you do not have the right to share for AI processing.

Outlinr currently offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. Billing and paid subscription administration are handled through Polar.

• The Free plan is currently priced at $0 and includes up to 20 generations in a rolling 30-day window.
• The Pro plan is currently priced at $12 and includes up to 500 generations during each applicable billing cycle.
• Paid subscriptions renew and are managed according to the terms presented during checkout and in the Polar billing portal.
• Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing or plan features prospectively. If payment fails or a subscription lapses, we may downgrade, suspend, or limit access to paid features.

The service, including its software, branding, design, text, and other protected materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

As between you and us, you retain rights you already hold in the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

The service depends on third-party providers, including Google for authentication, Polar for billing, and OpenAI for AI generation. Your use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or abuse risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in a way that could expose us or others to harm or liability.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim arose or USD $100.

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute proceeds to court, the courts located in Bali, Indonesia will be the venue, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
