Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Zaymoriel Vandrell, operating asOutlinr, handles personal information for visitors, account holders, and paying customers. It applies to the website, authentication, billing, and the application at https://outlinr.pro.

Outlinr turns one idea into platform-ready social drafts. To provide the service, we use third-party providers for authentication, billing, AI generation, and data storage.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information created when you use the product, and information received from service providers that support the service.

  • Session and security information such as session identifiers, token references, expiration timestamps, IP address, user agent, and account activity timestamps.
  • Billing information such as customer identifiers, subscription status, billing cycle timing, and plan details through Polar. We do not store full payment card numbers in our app database.
  • Product usage information such as plan type, generation count, usage windows, and related timestamps.
  • Content you submit for generation, including your idea, tone, audience, related prompt content, and generated drafts.

How we use information

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
  • Generate drafts and return results in the app.
  • Process subscriptions, billing access, and usage limits.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
  • Maintain, debug, and improve product reliability.

AI processing and service providers

Draft generation uses OpenAI. When you submit content for generation, the information needed to produce drafts is sent to OpenAI for processing and response generation.

We currently rely on these main providers: Google for sign-in, Polar for billing and subscriptions, OpenAI for AI generation, and Turso or libSQL for application data storage.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the service, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.

Cookies, retention, and your choices

We use cookies and similar session technologies to keep you signed in, remember authenticated state, and support billing and account flows. If you block essential cookies, some features may not work properly.

We retain account records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Session, usage, and billing records may be retained as needed for fraud prevention, plan enforcement, accounting, tax, and legal compliance.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information. If local law grants those rights, you can contact us and we will review and respond as required by law.

International transfers, security, and children

Our providers may process or store information in countries other than your own. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Outlinr is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
